Greetings
 I want to thank all the supporters of justice for Annie Mae for their
sentiments and kind words of support and encouragement over the last
few months. I had promised to keep you all informed of any developments
and news in our journey in achieving justice for my mother. As many of
you know Feb. 16th is the beginning trial date for defendants John
Graham and Richard Marshall in the aiding and abetting of the
kidnapping and murder of Annie Mae Pictou Aquash.
I have written to Marshall to encourage him to do the right thing by
contacting federal prosecutors to tell them his truth. I have spoken to
Arlo Looking Cloud (now serving a life sentence for aiding and abetting
in the murder of Annie Mae Pictou Aquash) before and after his
incarceration about this situation. (court testimony has confirmed that
Marshall saw my mother shortly before her murder) I have explained to
Marshall that there is no dishonor in speaking the truth and telling
the federal prosecutors exactly what happened the night John Graham,
Arlo Looking Cloud, and Theda Nelson Clark arrived at his house with my
mother as their hostage and gave him a note that described her as
"baggage" and asked if he would "take care of her " prior to her
execution.

I have asked Marshall to do the right thing by speaking up for our
family and for his family in ending 34 years of suffering. He has an
opportunity to walk away from this without serving a life sentence for
the actions of others; all he has to do is speak his truth to the
prosecutors.
Marshall once has said he attended my mothers’ funeral "to show where
his heart was" I have asked him where his heart is now? I have
explained to him that it is not our intent to see a whole group of
people go to prison for the rest of their lives. This Journey is about
healing and forgiveness and it has to start with the truth and that all
those interested in truth and justice would support him.
I would like to take this opportunity to ask all those interested in
Justice and truth for Annie Mae or for anyone who has suffered
injustices to write a short handwritten letter to Richard Marshall and
his Lawyer Dana Hanna to encourage them to request a meeting with the
federal prosecutors so that Marshall can speak his truth and end this
34 years of suffering and injustice not just delivered to my mother but
to all nations who believe in integrity, truth and justice.
Why would Richard Marshall want to take the fall for Graham who he says
he hardly knew if he wasn't directly involved in my mothers murder?
What agenda is he serving to question the testimony of Arlo? As long as
he is silent he encourages people to believe that his Lakota Brother
Arlo Looking Cloud, a descendent of American Horse, is a liar.
