Authorities investigate death of New Mexico teen

Albuquerque, New Mexico (AP) December 2010

The FBI and Navajo Nation police are investigating the death of a 16-year-old boy who was stabbed several times near Ramah.

The victim has been identified as Branigan Watch. Authorities say the teen died last week.

Watch’s death is being investigated as a homicide.

The exact cause of death is pending an autopsy by the New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator.

Authorities say no other details are available yet.
