Murder trial set in North Dakota stabbing

A March 22 trial is scheduled for a woman accused of killing her boyfriend on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.

Ivanna Red Bow has pleaded not guilty to a federal indictment charging second-degree murder.

The Tribune newspaper reported that the 26-year-old woman was arraigned in federal court last week.

She is accused of stabbing Loren Jay Uses Arrow on Dec. 30 in Cannon Ball.

Second-degree murder is punishable by up to life in prison and a $250,000 fine.
