A man from Porcupine on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation is charged in federal court with unlawfully trafficking in eagles and migratory birds.
Thirty-five-year-old Stanley Littleboy pleaded not guilty to a four-count indictment charging violations in June 2009 and May this year.
Conviction carries a maximum sentence of two years in custody and a $250,000 fine.
