Two arrested in Wind River Reservation death

Cheyenne, Wyoming (AP) April 2010

Federal authorities have charged two men in connection with death of a 13-year-old girl whose body was found on the Wind River Indian Reservation earlier this month.

U.S. Attorney Christopher A. Crofts said in a news release Friday that 19-year-old Kyeren Tillman, of Arapahoe, has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor.

He says 21-year-old Robert Spoonhunter, also of Arapahoe, has been charged with assault resulting in serious bodily injury.

Crofts says the investigation into the girl’s death continues.

The girl’s body was found April 7.

The U.S. Attorney’s office news release provided no other information about the two men.
