ND Indian school getting federal health grant

The Circle of Nations Indian School in Wahpeton is getting more than half a million dollars for physical fitness and nutrition programs.
The $530,000 grant is part of $27 million that the federal Education Department is doling out nationwide for such programs. A total of 56 grants are being made.
Education Secretary Arne Duncan says in a statement that exercise and good nutrition make for “happier, healthier, more attentive and more productive students.”
